1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid invoice.
  • Printers that have been installed, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
  • Consumables (ink cartridges, toners, refills) are non-returnable once opened.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or defective out of the box, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange for inspection and initiate a replacement or refund as per eligibility.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will guide you through packaging and courier pickup instructions.
  3. Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo quality inspection.
  4. Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will only be issued after returned products pass inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Partial refunds may apply if the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing accessories.

5. Exchange Policy

In case of eligible returns, customers may choose between a full refund or an exchange for another product of equal or higher value (price difference payable by customer).

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened consumables (ink, toner, cartridges)
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or promotions (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to mishandling, power fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs
