1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid invoice.
- Printers that have been installed, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
- Consumables (ink cartridges, toners, refills) are non-returnable once opened.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or defective out of the box, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange for inspection and initiate a replacement or refund as per eligibility.
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through packaging and courier pickup instructions.
- Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo quality inspection.
- Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Refund Conditions
- Refunds will only be issued after returned products pass inspection.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Partial refunds may apply if the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing accessories.
5. Exchange Policy
In case of eligible returns, customers may choose between a full refund or an exchange for another product of equal or higher value (price difference payable by customer).

- Opened consumables (ink, toner, cartridges)
- Products purchased during clearance sales or promotions (unless defective)
- Items damaged due to mishandling, power fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs
